1伍 保罗尽职的目标，乃是要将各人在基督里成熟地献上，好得着一个新人—西一28~29，三10~11：
1V. The goal of Paul's ministry was to present every man mature, full-grown, in Christ for the one new man—Col. 1:28-29; 3:10-11:
2一 西一28里译为“成熟”的辞，也可译为“完全的”或“完整的”。
2A. The Greek word rendered "full-grown" in Colossians 1:28 may also be translated "perfect," "complete," or "mature."
3二 保罗的职事乃是要将基督分赐到人里面，使他们在基督里长大成熟，得以完全并完整。
3B. Paul's ministry was to dispense Christ into others so that they would be perfect and complete by maturing in Christ unto full growth.
4三 为着一个新人，我们需要劳苦并竭力奋斗，将众信徒在基督里成熟地献上，将作生命的基督供应给他们，使他们凭祂而活，因祂而长大，以致成熟—三4，二19。
4C. For the one new man we need to labor and struggle to present all the believers full-grown in Christ, ministering Christ as life to them so that they can live by Him and grow with Him unto maturity—3:4; 2:19.
5四 我们向罪人传福音，并与圣徒交通，其目标乃是将基督供应到他们里面，使他们在生命里成熟，而在祂里面得以成熟地献上；这是为着新人的长大—三10~11，弗四13~14。
5D. Our goal in preaching the gospel to sinners and in fellowshipping with the saints is to minister Christ into them so that they may mature in life and be presented full-grown in Him; this is for the growth of the new man— 3:10-11; Eph. 4:13-14.
6五 我们要在实际并实行上成为一个新人，就需要在一切事上长到基督里面—15~ 16、24节：
6E. In order to become the one new man in reality and practicality, we need to grow up into Christ in all things—vv. 15-16, 24:
7１ 当我们在一切事上长到基督里面，我们就不再是不同种的人；反之，我们自然而然以基督为我们的人位和生命—西三4、10~11，弗三17。
71. When we grow up into Christ in all things, we will no longer be different kinds of persons; rather, we will spontaneously take Christ as our person and our life—Col. 3:4, 10-11; Eph. 3:17.
8２ 当我们在一切事上长到基督里面，而成为长成的人，我们就都在基督里是一；这就是一个宇宙的新人，为着成就神永远的定旨—11节，四13~14、四24，创一26。
82. When we grow up into Christ in all things to be a full-grown man, we all will be one in Christ; this is the universal one new man for the fulfillment of God's eternal purpose—v. 11; 4:13-14, 24; Gen. 1:26.

9西一27~28 神愿意叫他们知道，这奥秘的荣耀在外邦人中是何等的丰富，就是基督在你们里面成了荣耀的盼望；我们宣扬祂，是用全般的智慧警戒各人，教导各人，好将各人在基督里成熟地献上。
9Col. 1:27-28 To whom God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory, whom we announce, admonishing every man and teaching every man in all wisdom that we may present every man full-grown in Christ.
10保罗的职事是把基督分赐到人里面，使他们在基督里长大成熟，得以完全并完整。然而今天许多基督教工人却没有将各人在基督里成熟地献上这个观念，他们工作的目标不是这个。但我们必须与保罗有同样的目标（歌罗西书生命读经，一五八页）。
10Paul’s ministry was to impart Christ to others so that they might be perfect and complete by maturing in Christ unto full growth. However, many Christian workers today do not have any concept of presenting every man full-grown in Christ. The goal of their work is something other than this. But we must have the same goal that Paul had. (Life-study of Colossians, p. 129)

11我们向不信的人传福音，将基督供应给他们，帮助他们接受主时，我们的目标不该仅仅是叫他们蒙拯救脱离火湖，脱离神的定罪。我们的目标……乃是把基督供应到他们里面，使他们至终能在基督里成熟地被献上。……我们和圣徒们交通时，也该有同样的目标。当我们接触圣徒时，我们的目标应当是将基督供应到他们里面，好使他们在基督里成熟。
11As we preach the gospel to unbelievers, minister Christ to them, and help them to receive the Lord, our goal is not merely that they should be saved from the lake of fire and from God’s condemnation. Our goal is…to minister Christ into them so that they may eventually be presented full-grown in Christ…We should have the same goal in our fellowship with the saints. As we contact the saints, our goal should be to minister Christ into them so that they may mature in Him.
12我们越以基督为我们的生命和人位，就越能够把基督供应给人。我们既经历了基督，也凭祂而活，我们就影响别人也如此。我们需要享受基督作我们的美地，在祂身上劳苦，在祂里面生活，在祂里面行动，并且在祂里面行事为人。我们若是这样的人，就可以将我们所经历、所凭以生活的基督灌输到别人里面。
12The more we take Christ as our life and our person, the more we will be able to minister Christ to others. Having become those who experience Christ and live by Him, we will influence others to do the same. We need to enjoy Christ as our good land, labor on Him, live in Him, walk in Him, and have our being in Him. If we are such persons, we will transfuse into others the very Christ whom we experience and by whom we live.
13我们要将各人在基督里成熟地献上，就必须将基督那追测不尽的丰富供应给人，为着建造召会，完成神永远的定旨（弗三8~11）。你可能是公认的好弟兄、好姊妹，却仍然缺少基督的丰富。我出外尽职接触圣徒时，遇到许多公认的好弟兄、好姊妹，但他们在日常生活里缺少基督的丰富。愿主在我们里面唤起我们，使我们渴慕得着在基督里的丰富。
13To present every man full-grown in Christ, we need to minister the unsearchable riches of Christ for the building up of the church to fulfill God’s eternal purpose (Eph. 3:8-11). It is possible to be what everyone would consider a good brother or sister but still be short of the riches of Christ. In my contact with saints as I have traveled, I have met many who lacked the riches of Christ in their daily living, although everyone would consider them very good brothers and sisters. May the Lord awaken within us the aspiration to be rich in Christ.
14我们乃是借着用基督与召会的完满启示，完成神的话（西一25~27），而将各人在基督里成熟地献上。我们若要将人在基督里成熟地献上，就必须帮助他们得着神完成的话，就是关于基督是神的奥秘，以及召会是基督的奥秘。然而，我们若看看自己的光景，就知道我们当中没有多少人能这样完成神的话。为这缘故，我有负担使大家受激励，起来追求主。我们必须饥渴地要祂、追求祂，直到我们都被祂的丰富充满（歌罗西书生命读经，一五八至一六二页）。
14We present others full-grown in Christ by completing the word of God with the full revelation of Christ and the church (Col. 1:25-27). To present others mature in Christ we must help them to have the completion of the word of God concerning Christ as the mystery of God and the church as the mystery of Christ. However, if we consider our situation, we will realize that not many of us are able to complete the word in this way. For this reason I am burdened that we would be stirred up to pursue the Lord. We need to hunger and thirst after Him, to pursue Him until we are filled with His riches. (Life-study of Colossians, pp. 129-132)
15你要持守着基督作真实，在一切事上长到基督那赐生命的灵里面。这个就叫我们作新人。若是我们在一切事上都长到基督里面，在基督里面就没有这样的人，也没有那样的人，什么样的人都没有，唯有基督是一切，又在一切之内，这就是新人。在爱里持守着基督这个真实，在一切事上长到基督里面，就不再是我们各种不同的人了。在一切事上长到基督里面，我们大家在基督里就是一个了。这一个就是新人。
15We need to hold to Christ as the truth and grow into Christ, the life-giving Spirit, in all things. This will make us the new man. If we grow up into Christ in all things, then in Christ there will not be this kind of person or that kind of person. There will not be any kind of person but Christ, who is all and in all. This is the new man. When we hold to Christ as the truth in love and grow up into Him in all things, then we will no longer be many different kinds of people. When we grow up into Christ in all things, we all will be just one in Christ. This is the one new man.
16在各处的召会中并没有一定的规矩来规范我们，叫我们大家一致行动；但因着各地的弟兄姊妹都是在爱里持守着基督作真实，在一切事上长到基督里面，结果自然就以基督为人位。你什么都长到祂里面了，祂就是你的人位。如果在六大洲的弟兄姊妹都是以基督作人位，自然的全地上的众弟兄姊妹，在祂的恢复中就是一个新人（李常受文集一九七七年第三册，四四〇至四四一页）。
16The churches in our different localities do not have strict rules to regulate us to be the same and to make us all do the same thing. However, because the brothers and sisters in every place all hold to Christ as truth in love and grow up into Him in all things, the result is that we all spontaneously take Christ as the person. If you grow up into Christ in all things, then He is your person. If all the brothers and sisters in all six continents take Christ as the person, then spontaneously all the brothers and sisters on the earth in His recovery will be the one new man.
