A.; Hymns: 30 Scripture Reading: Gal. 3:29; 4:7; Rom. 8:17; Eph. 1:18; Titus 3:7 Gal. 3:29 And if you are of Christ, then you are Abraham's seed, heirs according to promise. Gal. 4:7 So then you are no longer a slave but a son; and if a son, an heir also through God. Rom. 8:17 And if children, heirs also; on the one hand, heirs of God; on the other, joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him that we may also be glorified with Him. Eph. 1:18 The eyes of your heart having been enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of His calling, and what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, Titus 3:7 In order that having been justified by His grace, we might become heirs according to the hope of eternal life. I. An heir is a person legally entitled to inherit the property, assets, or title of another person upon his death. II. The literal meaning of heir is "someone who has been appointed to receive an inheritance." III. The believers become heirs: A. Since we are renewed through regeneration to receive the divine essence, we are also made heirs of God, who are qualified to inherit the estate of God the Father (Rom. 4:14; 8:17; Gal. 3:29; 4:7), according to the hope of eternal life (Titus 3:7). Titus 3:7 In order that having been justified by His grace, we might become heirs according to the hope of eternal life. Rom. 4:14 For if those of the law are heirs, faith has been made void and the promise has been annulled; Rom. 8:17 And if children, heirs also; on the one hand, heirs of God; on the other, joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him that we may also be glorified with Him. A.；诗歌：25 读经：加三29，四7，罗八17，弗一18，多三7 加3:29 你们既属于基督，就是亚伯拉罕的后裔，是照着应许为后嗣了。 加4:7 这样，你不再是奴仆，乃是儿子了；既是儿子，也就借着神为后嗣。 罗8:17 既是儿女，便是后嗣，就是神的后嗣，和基督同作后嗣，只要我 们与祂一同受苦，好叫我们也与祂一同得荣耀。 弗1:18 光照你们的心眼，使你们知道祂的呼召有何等盼望；祂在圣徒中 之基业的荣耀，有何等丰富； 多3:7 好叫我们既因祂的恩典得称义，就可以照着永远生命的盼望成为 后嗣。 壹 后嗣是指一个人在另一个人死了之后，依 法有权继承其产业、资产或所有权。 贰 后嗣的字面意义是“被指定接受基业 的人”。 叁 信徒成为后嗣： 一 我们既借着重生而得更新，得着神圣的素质， 也就照着永远生命的盼望，（多三7，）成为神 的后嗣，有资格承受父神的产业。（罗四14， 八17，加三29，四7。） 多3:7 好叫我们既因祂的恩典得称义，就可以照着永远生命的盼望成为 后嗣。 罗4:14 若是本于律法的，才得为后嗣，信就成了虚空，应许也就失效了。 罗8:17 既是儿女，便是后嗣，就是神的后嗣，和基督同作后嗣，只要我 们与祂一同受苦，好叫我们也与祂一同得荣耀。 加3:29 你们既属于基督，就是亚伯拉罕的后裔，是照着应许为后嗣了。 加4:7 这样，你不再是奴仆，乃是儿子了；既是儿子，也就借着神为后嗣。
